Publish your map
A new feature on MTBGuru, and it’s a real cool one (or so we’d like to think): publish your own map. If you have a trip on MTBGuru that you’d like to share using your own website or blog, you can just insert a snippet of code and tada - the map, including the GPS track and clickable picture thumbnails appears on your site!
Let’s try for instance our Mount Whitney hike; this is the code:

(doesn’t work yet in Safari but it does in most other browsers)

In firefox blijkt het hier ook niet te werken…
Wel in explorer, dus kan al feedback geven: knap gedaan!

Tiens, welke Firefox versie gebruik jij? In mijn Firefox 2.0 op PC alsook op Mac werkt het wel…

Er moet toch iets eigenaardigs geweest zijn aan uw vorige installatie, Ann, mogelijk zelfs een Deimos-anomalie! Ik heb namelijk speciaal op een andere computer Firefox 1.5 geinstalleerd en alles uitgetest en daarop werkte het wel… enfin, het is nu in orde dus we gaan er niet over zagen ;)!

Coole feature! Hoe link je dan eigenlijk je GPS track met de google kaart?

@Kevin: met de Google Maps API kun je tracks (reeks punten met longitude en latitude) op een map displayen dmv polylines (GPolylines object):
