Clueless sites
Congratulations to my cellphone service provider: you’re hereby awarded as having the most user-unfriendly, crappiest customer service website I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I just finished several futile attempts reviewing my bill(s) online; your javascript crashes just about every browser on the market (I tried out four of them), and the one time it doesn’t seem to break down, your bloated site loads and navigates so slowly that I can take off and make a cup of coffee in between mouseclicks. I tried to leave feedback on these issues on the site but since I didn’t have a few hours available to burn, I failed, some time after Javascript crash #101 . You’re taking over the crown from my cable modem ISP, which I thought at its time had set the bar quite high.

Met FireFox lukt het me simpelweg niet om mijn online bill te bekijken (laat staat te betalen: het icoontje van Pay Bill komt zelfs niet tevoorschijn.) Maar met Internet Explorer ging het plots wel zonder problemen… Ik mocht zelfs betalen
